Bits, Handles & Wraps in Glassblowing

Service Description

Discover the next level of glassblowing with Bits, Handles & Wraps at BCGC. In this class, you'll learn how to set up glass to provide the perfect bits, handles, and wraps. Students will learn how to prepare bits as an assistant, and how to apply them as a gaffer. Prerequisite: Beginning glass blowing, or one year of glass blowing experience, or six months experience as a BCGC apprentice, or permission of instructor. Ages 18+ Please note: participants will be required to wear 'natural fiber clothing' when glassblowing. Cotton tshirts, jeans, etc. are recommended. Absolutely no leggings.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel please email us and let us know. If you have to cancel last minute, call or text (812)345-2470. We do not offer cash refunds. Cancellations will receive a credit, valid for one year, that can be applied to other classes and events. If the cancellation is received more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled first class, a credit for the full class tuition will be issued. If the cancellation is received less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled first class, a credit for 50% of class tuition will be issued. There will be no refund or credit if you are a no show.
