Murrini
Service Description
Murrini are patterned glass bars that create a two-dimensional image in a three-dimensional cane. In the first four sessions you will earn the basics of how to pull simple color murrini, how to bundle murrini to make patterns, and how to make complicated shape murrini. The last two classes will focus on how to pick up glass murrini on a bubble or on a collar. Tuition includes limited color use. Students may wish to purchase their own glass rods of color for class use. www.glasscolor.com or https://hotglasscolor.com. Any Kugler, Reichenbach or gaffer color bar designed for glass blowing can be used. Missed classes: Because of the cost involved in running this class, we are unable to offer make-up sessions for missed classes. We are happy to offer a private lesson at our regular rate if you need a makeup session. Prerequisite: Beginning glass blowing, or one year of glass blowing experience, or one year experience as a BCGC apprentice, or permission of instructor. Ages: 18+

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel please email us at Create@BCGCglass.org and let us know. If you have to cancel last minute, call or text (812)345-2470. We do not offer cash refunds. Cancellations will receive a credit, valid for one year, that can be applied to other classes and events. If the cancellation is received more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled first class, a credit for the full class tuition will be issued. If the cancellation is received less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled first class, no refund will be given. There will be no refund or credit if you are a no show or if you stop attending a multi-day day course part of the way through.
