Effects in Glassblowing
Service Description
This glassblowing class centers on adding a multitude of effects to your blown glass pieces. Students will learn how to add spouts, drop feet, Saturn rings and handles as well as how to make intentional holes in their pieces. Emphasis is placed on heat control, alignment, and clean connections, allowing participants to refine their technical skills while exploring how separate parts can interact visually and structurally. Ages: 16+ Prerequisites: Students must have completed Intro to Glass Blowing and/ or have one year of glass blowing experience and/or be a gaffer level in the apprenticeship program

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel please email us at Create@BCGCglass.org and let us know. If you have to cancel last minute, call or text (812)345-2470. We do not offer cash refunds. Cancellations will receive a credit, valid for one year, that can be applied to other classes and events. If the cancellation is received more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled first class, a credit for the full class tuition will be issued. If the cancellation is received less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled first class, no refund will be given. There will be no refund or credit if you are a no show or if you stop attending a multi-day day course part of the way through.
