Service Description
It can be hard to lose a loved one, but they are not truly lost as long as you hold them in your heart. Celebrate your loved ones this Day of the Dead by making a solid glass memorial piece incorporating their ashes. Ashes of beloved humans or animal companions can be used. You pick the colors and we will help you make a lasting memorial. We will also have an ofrenda (Memorial altar) set up to if you would like to bring any mementos. We understand that honoring your loved ones can be a special and emotional experience, so we offer a variety of ways to create a piece that will match your comfort level. Families are welcome to attend together. If a hands on piece is chosen, one person from the group will help with its creation. Please let us know in the comments while booking who all would be attending so we can plan accordingly. Standard workshop: participants get to choose the color and shape of their memorial piece, and BCGC staff will create it as you watch. Options and prices include the following: Heart $50 Round paperweight $75 Cylinder $100 Teardrop $125 Hands on workshop: participants get to pick the shape and color, but are also able to help create the piece with assistance from BCGC staff. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel please email us and let us know. If you have to cancel last minute, call or text (812)345-2470. We do not offer cash refunds. Cancellations will receive a credit, valid for one year, that can be applied to other classes and events. If the cancellation is received more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled first class, a credit for the full class tuition will be issued. If the cancellation is received less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled first class, a credit for 50% of class tuition will be issued. There will be no refund or credit if you are a no show.
