Service Description
This beginning class in fused glass chemical reactions will introduce you to: The chemical composition of different Bullseye glasses How the chemicals in certain glasses react to each other when fired in the kiln What reactions to expect when combining different glasses What factors contribute to the intensity of chemical reactions The inclusion of metals for different reactions After learning about the chemical reaction possibilities, students will design 6 different 2.5” tiles using reactions of their choice. Includes: 3 hours instruction & work time, glass & supplies to complete class projects, use of necessary tools, all kiln firings Prerequisite: None Ages: 12+

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel please email us at Create@BCGCglass.org and let us know. If you have to cancel last minute, call or text (812)345-2470. We do not offer cash refunds. Cancellations will receive a credit, valid for one year, that can be applied to other classes and events. If the cancellation is received more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled first class, a credit for the full class tuition will be issued. If the cancellation is received less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled first class, no refund will be given. There will be no refund or credit if you are a no show or if you stop attending a multi-day day course part of the way through.
