Beginning Stained Glass, Session 6

Service Description

Explore the art of copper foil stained glass in this beginner class. You will learn the basics of pattern design, glass cutting, grinding, foiling, soldering and finishing. Each student will get to make 2 projects: 1 smaller project to help you get used to the process, and 1 larger project to really exercise your new skills. Classes include: All materials needed for a roughly 12” x 12” window including glass, solder, and copper foil. Use of BCGC tools. (If you have your own, you are welcome to bring them, though!) 15 hours of instruction/supervision. Students are expected to come in to work on their project during BCGC’s normal open hours or at a time arranged with instructor. Please see our contact Ages 15+ No prior experience necessary!

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel please email us and let us know. If you have to cancel last minute, call or text (812)345-2470. We do not offer cash refunds. Cancellations will receive a credit, valid for one year, that can be applied to other classes and events. If the cancellation is received more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled first class, a credit for the full class tuition will be issued. If the cancellation is received less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled first class, a credit for 50% of class tuition will be issued. There will be no refund or credit if you are a no show.
